Accessing Pembroke Digital Services

Many of Pembroke’s digital services are accessible via the 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Parent Passport which allows parents to log in through a variety of identity providers via a single sign-on for a seamless and straightforward experience. Please click here for details.

Digital Services

Trove – Information, Communications & Learning Management

Trove is a central repository for the sharing of notices, School Policies, the School calendar, staff contact details, booklists, class and Sub-School information, parent year level communications and more.

Trove also facilitates learning management in Years 7 to 12 including electronic learning materials and assessment.


My Account – School Administration

My Account allows for the management of personal family details, trips/excursions and payment of school fees.


Pembroke Activities Portal/App – Co-Curricular Management

This platform is used to schedule and manage co-curricular programs, improving the experience for students, parents and staff.

Reach allows schools to manage logistics, information and communications to support thriving Boarding communities.
